Digi Doodles Studios, Birthday Card!

Happy Friday Friends!
Today, I want to share a easel card with a new digital stamp from Digi Doodles Studios. This is such a beautiful image to used for birthday cards!

This time I used "Roxana" masquerade ball!

After printing my stamp to the size I wanted I coloured it with Prismacolor pencils. I used MFT oval dies and Spellbinder dies to cut the main image. The patterned paper I'm using are leftover for past years. I add some "Raspberry Pink" Nuvo crystal drops for confetti and "Diamond" Stickles in her dress. I give a shabby looked to my card by using cheese cloth and texture paste, mix with "Warn White" acrylic paint and "Dazzling Diamonds" glitter.

This is how it looks when is close!
I am using paper, gum-flower and fabric flowers from my stash. I tied a semi-bow in the bottom using white satin ribbon. To finish I added glossy accent and more "Diamond" stickles on the balloons and her face mask. Also add a stickers in one of the pink balloons. Thank so much for visit my blog today!

Ginger Spice Notes

Happy Boxing Day!
For this weeks project I have used this cute image called Ginger Spice Birdhouse and I have coloured it using Copics

You can find this and all the other gorgeous images in the store Here

For my DT project this week I made a note book for all my DDS notes.

The note book is A5 and the patterned papers are from Helz Cuppledtich.  I cut the image using a Go Kreate Circle and layered this onto a circle which I cut using a Spellbinders Scalloped Circle die.  I added some trim  along with some pink satin bows.  I cut the letters usinga  Memory Box Die and the little bird house is from Tattered Lace.  I finished by adding pink pearl gems.

I hope that you have all had a lovely Christmas so far and enjoy the rest of the holidays.

Thanks for stopping by and I will see you again soon.

A Gingerbread Kids Merry Christmas

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

I hope you are all having the most wonderful Christmas ever with your friends and family!

I thought I would just stop by and share a project that I have been working on to give to some friends as a Christmas Treat!

I started with a clear paint can. This one stands about 5" tall and approximately 3" in diameter.

I printed out some of the papers from our Gingerbread Kids Digi Paper Collection. The best part of using Digi Papers is that you can print them off as many times as you like and you can mix and match  designs for double-sided paper!
You can see the double-sided designs that I used for the blue paper.
I wrapped the Gingerbread Kids Papers around the paint can, layering various designs.

I printed and colored several of the Gingerbread Kids Digi Stamps and place them around the paint can so that no matter how the can stands you can see a smiling little Gingerbread Kid.

I also punched a few holes on each side of the wrap using my Crop-a-Dial, added some eyelets, and laced it up with cream colored ribbon.

As you can see, I curled back the the tops to reveal yet another layer of Gingerbread Kids Paper.

For the top of the can I cut out a couple of scallops using the same paper and printed and cut one of our Sentiments from our "A Season of Cheer" Collection"

This one is not the best picture, but I wanted you to see an inside view as well.
Now you can fill this adorable can with all kinds of homemade treats, goodies, candy, small toys or even....some coal!

After taking these photos, I realized that I should have turned my little gift card into a shaker card/tag. Oh well, next time, because by the time you see this, I will have already filled out the gift card and given this little Gingerbread Christmas Treat Can to someone on my "Nice" list! Or was it my "Naughty List"?

Don't forget! Today is Day 12 of our 12 Days of Christmas Sale!

I hope I have inspired you today!!

Have a very Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!

Merry Xmas by Sabrina

Hello! We arrived on Christmas Eve and for this day of celebration, I wish to leave you my best wishes with the beautiful stamp Aspen & Oakley

Given my distance (I keep you company from Italy) I leave you my warmest wishes with a card dedicated to all of you friends of Digi Doodle Studio !!!

To create my card I printed the beautiful Aspen & Oakley on Watercolor Canson 300gr paper, and I colored it with Prismacolor ... here I leave the color codes used for the various parts:

SKIN: 943-939-927-140-921
HAIR: 935-948-946-1082-938
OUTFIT: 935-1006-910-943-903-919
GIF: 1007-935
SHOE: 943
FLAKES: 935-924-122
SLEIGH: 941-943-935

For the fur coat and jacket I used the NUVO ... White for the shoes and glittery clear for Jacket!

The background of my card I made it using one of Tommy Art's stancil and its Brilli gel color powder POWDER ... an effect that I love, immediately creates the Christmas atmosphere!

I added the die-cut created with the Oro vinyl. I used Heidi Swapp "BELIVE" die ... because you have to believe in the magic of Christmas because it manifests itself !!!
I then added a patterned contrast card, with black and white stripes, to complete my greeting card for you !!!!

I just have to wish you a Merry Christmas !!!!
A hug Sabrina

Day 10 of the 12 Days of Christmas!

Hi DDS Fans!
It's day 3 of the the 12 Days of Christmas over at Digi Doodle Studios! Dina has a fabulous sale going on right now!

Today I want to share a cute little tree ornament I made using the Digi Doodle Studios "Ella Eve Home For the Holidays" digital stamp! The great thing with digital stamps is that you can size them to whatever your project requires. By shrinking my image I could fit Ella onto this 3.75" cardboard ornament.
I inked all the edges of my digital papers form the DDS "Christmas Eve Digital Background papers" with Distress ink in Vintage Photo. I added Some Stampendous Spoonful of Snow and melted it with my heat gun for a glittery snow effect.
On the back side of the ornament I added a sentiment from the DDS"Season of Cheer Christmas Holiday" set. Some Liquid Appliqué for snow and a couple die cuts finish it off.
Copics Used:
Skin: E00, E11, E21, R20
Hair: Y11, Y21, E53, E55
Greens: G82, G85, G99
Browns: E42, E43, E44, E47, E49
Reds: R20, R21, R22, R24, R27, R29

This is my last post before the Holidays so I want to wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas, a Happy Holiday Season and all the best for the New Year and in 2018!

Happy Stamping!
Cheri
